2.1  We may collect personal information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our website, register on the website, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available collect your name, date of birth, contact details such as your mobile, telephone or email address, identification information and financial information including credit history and about your financial situation when applying for finance for our products.


2.2  We will only collect personal information from you if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can always refuse to supply personal information.

6. Data Retention

6.3 If you are a customer – an installer or system owner - we will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services for the created sites. 7. CYBERSECURITY

7.1 We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 

 

7.2 All staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of customer information. Access to electronically stored information is restricted to employees whose job requires them to have access to this information.

 

7.3 Access to our computer systems is restricted through password protection.

7.4 CATEGORIES OF SENSITIVE DATA

7.4.1 Our App and Site are not intended to collect sensitive information (within the meaning of Australian Consumer Privacy Laws). However, we may also be able to infer additional information, including sensitive information, related to you from the usage information collected by the App and Site.

These systems are designed to process information and produce a range of outputs, such as content, predictions, recommendations, and decision support, which may influence the nature of our Site and App and our operations.

  • We utilise personal data related to you within the scope of our use of these technologies for several purposes, including operating chatbots as part of our Site and App.
